What does error code E07 mean?

E07 means the throttle may be disconnected or damaged. Please power off the scooter, check the throttle cable for loose or broken connections, and reconnect or replace it if needed.

Why is the rear wheel making noise or not braking well?

This be due to loose screws or motor misalignment. Please check and tighten all rear wheel screws.

The hand brake feels loose or doesn’t work—what should I do?

Please check the brake cable connection and adjust tension with a wrench.

Charger Issue

If the charger light remains off, use a different outlet or check for loose connections.

Brake Wire Issue

Inspect the brake cable for wear and tension; adjust using the brake lever nut if loose.
